Museo Nacional D'art de Catalunya
I remember hearing the load city noises, the tourist groups that were walking by, the music that was playing on all the corners, the smell of food and cars and the heat in the summer that was unlike anything I had experienced by then.
Around me people were chatting in all kinds of different languages, be it Catalan, Spanish, English, French...
My parents were very excited to be here, as by night the fountain in front of the Museo Nacional D'art de Catalunya (the big building in the back), would start "dancing" by performing a water choreography that was accompanied by music and lights in all different types of colours.
It was a special feeling to go back after I picked up my hobby in Photography and capture the places that had a lot of meaning to me. And I am very excited to share these with you...

Passion is a feeling that follows action. It tends to be created or discovered, not predicted or planned. You didn't find your passion. It finds you as you get in the mix and try things...
The streets of Barceloneta
This picture was taken at in one of the streets of the Neighbourhood "La Barceloneta". Barceloneta is located right next to the beach and its a collection of long narrow streets that is packed with little cafe's, restaurants, bars, etc.
The most prominent aspect of it is how much life you see when looking around. You can see laundry that is hanging out to dry on the balconies, surf boards set up outside, people going for a walk, tourists looking for their way to the beach and some locals sitting at their favourite bar with their lifelong friends chatting along...
Music on every corner...
Some more pictures of my time in Barcelona...
